During the 4-6 hours after Dysport or Botox injections, I read that you should remain upright to minimize risk of migration. I don’t plan on lying down or bending over during that time. But I didn’t know if I also needed to keep my head level. For example, would tilting my head upward to watch TV or tilting it downward to read a book increase risk of migration?

I'm sorry to hear of the issues you are having with your eyelid drooping. Continue to use the drops as prescribed by your physician. The drooping will resolve gradually. You should begin to see improvement within a few weeks and it will continue to improve as the effects of the Dysport wear off.
