During the 4-6 hours after Dysport or Botox injections, will tilting my head downward or upward increase risk of migration?

During the 4-6 hours after Dysport or Botox injections, I read that you should remain upright to minimize risk of migration. I don’t plan on lying down or bending over during that time. But I didn’t know if I also needed to keep my head level. For example, would tilting my head upward to watch TV or tilting it downward to read a book increase risk of migration?
