Can butt implants impinge a nerve near the rectum area?

Can butt implants impinge a nerve near your rectum area making it feel a sentation to make you feel you have to use the bathroom ? Sorry if this soulds strange. Thank you and is it normal to move around around inside your muscle like up and Down and maybe sideways? Intramuscular implant.
