Hi If you want to go for a bigger size implant can this be done in one operation. Can you have your smaller implants removed and a bigger one put in in one operation along with the old scar capsule removed ? Or do you need removal, wait for six months then the bigger implant put in in a separate operation. If so , why is this ?
