On the contrary, when buttock implants are properly performed and placed fully within the gluteus muscles, they provide the most predictable, relatively safe, reliable and long-term results compared to any other FDA approved buttock enhancement option, period. The success of the procedure is highly dependent on who does the operation. If the implants are placed inside the gluteus muscle and the size is kept to what fits within the muscle than the complication rates anesthetic long-term results do much better. most surgeons in fact do not place the implants inside the gluteus muscle but put it in a plane between the fat and the muscle layer and this causes the implant to move positions from pressure from sitting on the implant every time you sit.
