Thank you for your question and photos.  I would recommend against performing liposuction in the area under the buttock to create definition.  The fat at the posterior thigh buttock junction supports the buttock and prevents it from drooping. If you lipusction this area to create definition, it will cause the buttocks to droop and look older.  Best to avoid this complication.

Your result is fine, and a crease where you desire one can be achieved, but a scar would be the price you would pay. More fat and some selective liposculpture would give you the same effect, but it may be too subtle for you to notice. If your plastic surgeon was a board certified plastic surgeon who has done a ton of BBLs trust him, or her, to give you the desired effect, especially if your tummy tuck scars were minimal. All surgeries carry risks, and expectation management is one of the key factors of happiness.
