Soon after surgery you should avoid exercise to enable swelling to go down are reduce bruising. Typically, I advise my patients to refrain from exercise for about 3 weeks to be on the safe side.

Cheek implants give uniform and permanent results while fillers are temporary. Untimately the implants are much less cost as well. You can always start with fillers and 1 year later get implants when the filler is gone.
