So I got fat transfer to breast about 2 weeks ago. My skin was really red and now it is peeling off and extremely itchy.

hello anonymousN  Regeneration of the sensory nerves is accompanied by tingling, burning, or shooting pains which disappear with time and are nothing to be alarmed about. If, however, swelling, redness, infection, or drainage accompanies this, then you will need to see the doctor at the office. #post-op #normal

Hi, sometimes fat transfer can cause some inflammation in the area it was placed, which can look red, feel itchy, and lead to peeling. If you were just red on one breast, I would be more concerned about an infection, but it looks like both breasts are still somewhat bruised. This is normal and can take several weeks to totally go away. 
The safest thing if you are concerned is to schedule a follow-up visit with your plastic surgeon to make sure you are healing as expected. He or she will be able to better assess the situation by seeing you in person.

The appearance of your breast is concerning.  I recommend that you contact your surgeon as soon as possible for evaluation.
