I just had the surgery week Ago and there is a large hard area on my breast..2 years ago i had a surgery to remove a tumor from this breast, the blood tests , mamograms are normal and i am always checking with my doctor and everything is ok but i am just worried could it be something serious or it is normal for the breast to feel hard after fat aygmentation?

Most prefer that you wait at least 3 months before doing the fat transfer. Your surgeon can help decide when you are ready for the second phase. You do need time to let yourself heal and the swelling to subside.
