Does fat transfer to breast look and feel natural ?

I never wanted to do implant as I did not like the fact that it looks fake and my husband doesn't like the idea of touching fake boobs. Does fat grafting to breast give the same result as breast implant (kind of moves in block when running for ex. ). Does the touch feel exactly the same as natural boobs (given it is fat )? Thanks for answering, I am really looking into doing this procedure.

Fat grafting will give you a very natural result without having implants.  You can generally expect about a cup size increase.

If you have minimal tissue, the fat transfer will feel more natural. When your husband is touching you, he is feeling your breast first. The implant would sit behind the breast. If you want more than an increase in one cup size, you will need implants. In some women, not all the fat transferred remains over time. Should you loose weight, you can loose some of the volume of the fat transfer. I would suggest meeting with a board certified plastic surgeon and discussing all your concerns.
