Dark marks after Restylane? (Photo)

Have restylane 4 weeks ago n still have black eyes...went back to the doctor he said it will go but seems to be not fading at all.am making a depression Want to know if it's hemosiderin pigmentation or only a bruise..Whats the treatment.. am dark asian
