How can I fix a protruding Cupid's bow? (Photos)

I have a Cupid's bow that is very prominent and sticks out. I believe some people refer to this as a turtle lip. I feel like lip injections would only end up looking weird. Is there a way for me to get rid of the turtle lip permanatly without extensive surgery?
