You are actually looking for a lip lift.  The scarring is actually quite well hidden when done correctly. 

Personally, I think your lips look youthful with well defined Cupids bow and philtral columns. I wouldn't change anything. Sometimes patients focus on adding volume to the lips when well defined anatomy looks more natural. Of course, you can have it reversed if you are not happy with the results...
