Thank you for your question. It is possible that this subsides over the next couple of days because, as you know, there is virtually no downtime with lip fillers. I suggest that you see your board certified facial plastic surgeon if it continues so that you can identify any issue.

From the look of it, the dots might not be directly related to filler itself in my opinion, but possibly related to other reactions/complications such as allergic reaction, or infection or other issues coinciding with the filler treatment. If the issue doesn't resolve soon, or get worse or you experience new symptoms, please do a follow up with you injector to have it evaluated. I hope it helps and good luck!  

It is likely that the filler was done a bit too superficial in some of those areas.  Will likely go away over the course of several months or a medication can be injected to dissolve the filler (assuming it was a certain type which it likely was).  Hope this helps.
