I’m a 47 year old athletic female. I’d sincerely appreciate recommendations on the procedures required to make me look 15 years younger (is that even possible)? I’m aware of the jowls, the fallen check fat pads, loss of volume in my lips, sun damage, under eye bags. Please advise of other issues that age me and how best to address them all. Thank you so much for your time.
Answer: Recommendations thank you for your question. first off i just want to say you look great, but if you'd like to address your concerns you can start with lip fillers and the morpheus8 series. the morpheus8 will help your skin tone, texture, and skin laxity. This procedure takes time to see results, but the results are phenomenal and long lasting.

Answer: Skin rejuvenation I encourage you to expore Renuva which is designed to correct fat loss related to aging. This product is similar to traditional HA fillers in that you get some immediate result. However it differs in that over time the product is replaced by your own fat which gives you longer lasting results. It can be used in conjunction with Morpheus8 to improve overall skin tone and texture. We also recommend using medical grade skin care products like Transform MD and wearing sunscreen every day.

Answer: Morpheus8 can give you a more defined and rejuvenated look Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Realself100 Surgeon

Answer: Surgery & Co2 laser Vs Sculptra & CO2 laser Thank you for the question and for attaching the photos. I trust you have two different options. The first one will be a combination of surgery and Co2 laser, which will include lower face and upper neck lift for tightening the loose skin and lifting the jowls and removing the fat deposits in the neck along with a platysma-plasty. As for the under eye bags they can be treated with blepharoplasty, which involves removal of the fat bags through an incision on the inside of the eyelids. A few months later you after the surgery, you could benefit from CO2 laser for the sun damage spots and the pigmentation on the skin. The Second (non-surgical option) will involve having a course of Sculptra treatment (3-4 sessions ) over 3- 4 months to address the fallen check fat pads and the loss of volume in the face. A Silhouette Soft thread treatment to lift the jawlines and you could benefit from CO2 laser for the sun damage spots and the pigmentation on the skin. The under eyes could be helped with 2-3 sessions of a special dermal filler and Co2 laser treatment. The results form option one will last for many years, while in the non-surgical option the results will last for 3-4 years only. Best regardsDr Ayham Al-AyoubiFacial plastic and laser surgeon, London
