There's a surgeon in Mexico who performs a procedure called "rib luxation". My sister had it done a little over a year ago. I wanted to know if it was worth it. Are there any long term effects? Are the results (smaller waist) permanent?

I can’t imagine what a surgeon plans to do with your ribs as you mention. As far as I know this is not a mainstream procedure and you are best advised not to have it performed
