That being said, if you are willing to also have your buttocks augmented somewhat then indeed buttock implants may be a reasonable option. I have had good success utilizing buttock implants to fill or pop out medium to large indentations due to birth defects or trauma. Glad to be of help.

it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. Based on your photo, it looks like you would benefit from subcision and fat transfer. I have seen multiple patients with your same condition.
The fall causes loss of fat cells and some scar bands. You may have the bands released and fat transferred to the crease.
