Is widening osteotomy revision rhinoplasty possible and reliable? (Photos)

Hello, my wish is to reconstruct my nose as close as possible to the original. Three years ago, my rhinoplasty surgeon performed a narrowing osteotomy on my nose without communicating. I believe I am experiencing a smaller nasal airway as a result, as well as less facial harmony -- the sides of my nose look more "hollow". I would like to “re-widen” my nasal walls if possible. I also believe I may have a bit of columellar retraction, my current nose tip has more nostril show, looks a bit shorter, and has less fullness and dimension. A surgeon I recently consulted with mentioned that a widening osteotomy is unstable and may not even be possible. I am wondering, is it possible, and what might be some techniques to keep the bones in place? Re: grafts - 1. I believe I already have portions of my septum resected from previous surgeries, and 2. I’ve also had rib graft in my nose tip and it felt heavy and uncomfortable, I event felt my tip when I placed my tongue at the roof of my mouth. If there are any alternatives/solutions that come to mind, please let me know (ie 3D printed septal cartilage..?) Further, if you have any suggestions on how I might “reconstruct” my original nose the best that I can I would really appreciate it. Thank you for reading!!
