Graft protruding from the tip of my nose - can this be fixed with a revision? How invasive will it be? (Photos)

Hello. As you can see from the photos, there is a graft sticking out from the tip of my nose. To be honest, other than that “white spot” and slightly assymetrical nostrils, I am quite satisfied with the outcome. Would fixing these issues with revision still be as invasive as the primary? What could be done in such a case? Thank you!

Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photographs, you may benefit from a revision rhinoplasty. A surgeon can accomplish this by trimming that area of contour irregularity. Fascial grafts may also be used to help improve the contour. Make sure you are going to a surgeon with hundreds of long-term before and after pictures on their website with standardized lighting and standardized backgrounds. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.

This could be a bony issue not just cartilage. 
It is possible to shave down the hump a little without having to break down all the bones. However it can sometimes leave the dorsum looking a little wide. If that happens then you need osteotomies to break the bones and make the bridge look narrow again. It will not effect the tip appearance in any significant way.
