Over 1 year post - Huge lump/bump on the side of my nose above nostril. How can this be fixed? (Photos)

I am a year plus post up And have had this long bump / lump . Doc did Kenalog with no luck and basically saying nothing else to do . I hate it and it’s embarrassing ! Any idea what it is ? He did use my ear cartilage but I thought for the tip also this is a revisionsbc my tip was too pointy at first .….
