Would Smart Lipo help me achieve smaller waist?

The shape of the bones and muscles beneath the fat determine your ultimate shape when that fat is removed. So lipo can reveal an hourglass shape that was buried beneath layers of fat, but it cannot create an hourglass shape if the muscles and bones of your waist and hips form a straight line. However, the illusion of a narrow waist can be created by adding fat to the hips and buttocks with a Brazilian Butt Lift using the fat extracted by liposuction as the filler. Thanks for the question, obviously without pictures and a physical exam we can't be sure but it sounds like you would be a great candidate for liposuction 

I would not recommend smart lipo. Traditional liposuction or vaser lipo is better. Really, smart lipo is not considered to be better by the majority of plastic surgeons. You should see a board certified plastic surgeon and get a couple of opinions. Sometimes people providing laser lipo are not plastic surgeons or even surgeons. Be careful.
