I had a rhino/septoplasty five months ago and my smile still looks really weird and forced. Also, when I smile with my teeth, a crease above my lip forms (like in the picture I added) - this never happened before my nosejob. I've read online that this is a common side effect, but that it usually resolves itself within a couple of months - five months is a lot longer than that. Is there any chance my smile will completely go back to normal in time? This is really bothering me

Hello!Yawning 2 days post op will not impact your results or healing progress. You are still in the healing process so I would advice to just take it easy and relax. You also need to make sure to continue icing as often as you can to minimize any swelling you might have. Best of luck!
