Could I get rid of abdominal loose skin/wrinkles with umbilicoplasty? (Photos)

Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photographs, skin laxity, and history of 3 c-sections, the only procedure which could work for you is a tummy tuck with liposuction.  This can be done through a low and short incision, all completely below the bikini line.  The belly button can be designed to look natural and have no scars on the exterior.   Your muscles can also be plicated resulting in a flat abdomen.  Make sure you specifically look at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery performed by your surgeon and evaluate their results.

Thank you for sharing your question and photos.  It appears from your photos that you might most benefit from an abdominoplasty.  An umbilicoplasty alone is not able to address skin excess, stretch marks, and muscle separation.  An abdominoplasty might potentially address all of these areas, as well as, creating a new natural-looking belly button.  At this current time, to get your process started I recommend you seek a virtual consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon to discuss the best course to take in order to achieve your desired results from the comfort and safety of your home. Hello dear!!Thank you for the question and great photos.. after analysing your case.. I can suggest you, due to the excess of skin in your belly area, the only surgery that will give you excelent results is a tummy tuck combined with vaser liposuction. Liposuction allows your plastic surgeon to transform your entire shape. You can improve your abdomen, hips, back and flanks, and of course your buttock, to give you a nice heart shape.
In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 30 or less.
l recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know.

based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a TT. Full tummy tuck should tighten your abdominal muscles and remove the excess skin. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

Unfortunately, you have so much of a bulge and stretched out musculature and skin that anything short of an abdominoplasty will not be productive.   I would not characterize abdominoplasty as excessively invasive. It is surgery but will correct your issues completely and is the appropriate procedure.
