it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. Based on your photo and description, it looks like you have an option to wait some more time to see the final results, get some kind of skin tightening treatments or to get a belly button surgery. I would suggest leaving it a year for everything to completely settle.  You can have a belly button surgery under a local anaesthetic however I would suggest doing nothing at all.  I think your belly button looks fine and having surgery you run the risk of scarring, infection etc.  The liposuction has achieved a very good result.  All The Best
