Would I be able to achieve this butt or get the maximum of 2000cc to each butt cheek? I'm 5'4 169 lbs. (photo)

I guess I would have a different opinion on this.  I routinely transfer 2000 cc per buttock, and I have not had any higher rate of loss or fat necrosis.  The results after initial loss are permanent.  Find
a BBL expert who
performs hundreds of BBLs each year and has great reviews and great

Hi. Thanks for your question. IMHO 2000cc per buttock is bit enthusiastic. It may be do-able but you might think more along the lines of 1500-1700 cc. More important is the sculpting that is performed at the time. What you are trying to accomplish is the wish look.....regardless of whether it's 1200 or 2000 cc per side. This takes special skills. The key is............ does the surgeon have a keen sense of aesthetics? Can he/she create a shapely, attractive buttock or are they just technicians that wind up with large unshapely behinds? The same holds true for the liposuction portion of the procedure. Understand that liposuction whether SAL, PAL or UAL ( not including LAL because the fat obtained through this technique will not be useful) is not that technically challenging. However, the keen aesthetic eye will determine the eventual work of art.We are creators and have the ability to turn out beautiful works of art. Simply put................not all artists create quality work.I would suggest lipo of you hips, flanks, and abdomen. Understand that you will eventually need a tummy tuck to flatten out your stomach. I am not in the camp that advocates doing the BBL and TT at the same time. The fat cels are dependent on blood supply and if bot procedures are done at the same time, blood supply to the transferred fat cell will be compromised.How about the center, clinic or facility? Are they accredited by a national organization or do they just have State approval. Understand that at the current time, there are three nationally recognized organizations responsible for the highest levels of patient safety, AAAASF, AAACH and JCHO. You owe it to yourself to position yourself for the best possible results but under the most stringent safety regulations, If you have kids, even more so.How about anesthesia? Will you have a medical doctor certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology or a certified nurse anesthetist (CRNA)? Understand that there is no substitute for research. Cosmetic surgery, no matter how simple it may be to the patients, are invasive procedures and as such carry certain risks and complications.In our office we use TouchMD which is a web based program in which patients have the ability to load their picture unto the program. We can accommodate patients from as far away as California. I then evaluate them and can actually draw on the picture to show a potential patient where the incisions would be located and how the procedure is to be realized. It's all done to comply with HIPPA which is the federal law that protects the patient's medical information. Look them up.Give yourself the highest percentage of a sucssesful operation. Good luck

Dear Yolanda,    Thanks for submitting your pictures and your goal picture. Fat injection to the butts, eventhough it sounds like a great idea,  is a waste of time , money and dreams. This is based on many patients who came to my surgery center for butt implants surgery after the disappointment from the fat injection that was done by other surgeons. According to these patients, the fat disappeared completely or almost completely after 6 - 12 months. Think about it, if fat injection was consistent and reliable, breast implants would have disappeared from the market or their numbers would have been reduced dramatically. The reality is that last year, breasts augmentation with implants was the number one cosmetic surgery performed in the US... Your best option is butt implants. When done correctly, they look natural and very attractive. Based on your goal picture, you will need implants with a volume of, about 750cc. For your anatomy, oval round, ultra soft silicone implants , placed in the subfascial pocket, will give you the best result. Do your due diligence because not all results are the same and there are different techniques and different shape, size and texture of implants. Consult only with board certified plastic surgeons who do lots of butt implants surgery in accredited surgery center for your safety. Mos importantly, check the before and after pictures to make sure that they are numerous, consistent and attractive. Based on your photos, you are a great candidate for liposuction with a BBL and a tummy tuck, to give you a nice tight tummy and to get rid of the extra skin, and I think you'll get very good results. To determine the right amount of CC's to transfer in a BBL, an in-person consultation is in order, because it depends on a number of factors.
Liposuction allows your plastic surgeon to transform your entire shape. You can improve your waist, back and flanks, and of course your buttock, to give you a beautiful heart shape, along with the tummy tuck.
In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 30 or less.
l recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know.

Dear Yolanda,I will stay with the majority and say that 2000cc per cheek is unrealistic.  I have NEVER in 8 or 9 years of performing Brazilian Butt lifts injected that much fat.  The only way to inject that much fat is to exceed the maximum safe amount of 5000cc of liposuction in an office based setting, or have your surgery performed in a hospital.  Regardless, it doesn't appear that you have that much fat to begin with, AND you really need a tummy tuck.  Good luck!

Remember, that we do not usually get exactly a 1:1 ratio of fat removal and fat infusion to the buttocks. 2000cc at one time in each buttock seems unrealistic for many reasons. If you need/desire that much you  may want to stage the BBL.

A Tummy Tuck and fat transfer to the buttocks or Dermis Fat Graft to the buttock. Liposuction of the flanks would contour the abdomen and the buttocks. Putting 2000 cc of fat in the buttocks is not realistic. Most of that fat will be packed in and would not survive. Very large volume of fat graft will not get a new blood supply to survive because it does not have enough exposure to normal tissue to acquire a new blood supply. This will lead to more complications.

Really what you should in your case is Tummy Tuck, liposuction of the back and flanks. Also fat transfer. I think 2,000 cc in each buttock fat is too much, if you get too fat this fat is not going to keep. Good luck.Dr. Marte.
