Sleeping after a TT and BBL?

I hope to have a TT, lipo and BBL done. When all these procedures are since at once, what is the proper way of sleeping? I've heard you shouldn't be putting any pressure on a fresh BBL for a few weeks but if also imagine it's not comfortable sleeping in a fresh TT as well... also keeping in mind that a TT incision can extend to the hips. Now thinking the back, the sides and stomach are all off limits...?!
