A natural looking rhinoplasty without the overdone look is what you need. This would include removing your nasal home, narrowing the nasal bones slightly as well as refining your large nasal tip. See you very experienced rhinoplasty surgeon who does natural looking noses.
HI Alex,Your nose can be refined to harmonize with your face. The most important thing for you to do is to make sure that you choose your rhinoplasty surgeon most carefully based on experience, skill, and artistic vision. See at least 3 or 4 surgeons in consultation and then choose carefully. Good luck and be well.Michael Persky, MDEncino, CA
Computer imaging would be helpful to give you an idea of what can and cannot be accomplished to give a natural appearing nose. It's also important to have specific parameters in mind when going in for your consultations. Shaving down the dorsal hump, narrowing the bridge, and narrowing the tip can be accomplished with closed rhinoplasty techniques.
After seeing these 2 pictures I suggest that you reduce your profile slightly and narrow and refine your wide tip. Subtle changes would give you a natural result that would be proportional to your surrounding facial features.
From the attached photos, the nose appears to have a slight C-shape from the front, a slight dorsal hump with a wide tip that is under-rotated. A Rhinoplasty would be able to address these issues creating a softer, more refined, naturally attractive nose. Hope this helps.
After a rhinoplasty, I am imaging that you still have an external splint in place. It would be unlikely that you have severely injured your nose; however, I would relay your concerns to your surgeon who will evaluate you and formulate a plan according to what is necessary. Best wishes!

Usually, the nose is either packed with a gel-like substance, or silicone splints are placed when repairing an injured septum. The splints are stitched in place and usually are removed at one week. The gel packing will remain in place for 3-4 days on average. Relay your concerns to your...
For 3-4 weeks after rhinoplasty, it's suggested that patients avoid heavy exercise or other activities that would cause the heart to race, as this could cause an elevation in blood pressure, which may lead to bleeding and prolonged swelling of the nose. Another concern during the initial 3-4...
The problem is that after nasal trauma, if cartilage has been shifted, the normal anatomy is warped over time. You would require a surgical rhinoplasty in order to repair your nose. I recommend seeking out a Board-Certified plastic or facial surgeon who will accurately assess your...
From the photos it seems there is enough step off to warrant a scar revision. I would not wait is it will only improve slightly and this period of waiting may add to your consternation. It would only involve some local anesthesia in an office setting. Otherwise you had a nice...
