So I had open rhinoplasty not even 2 full days ago, and I accidentally hit my nose with my index finger when I was sleeping. I guess it was irritating me so I tapped it pretty hard while sleeping. It woke me up and scared me, and I heard that same "clicking" sound when you normally move your nose too hard even without rhinoplasty. On the plus side it was just a finger but that sound scared me. It did not cause any real pain just discomfort, and no extra bleeding that I know of.
