I had tip plasty 10 days ago. The doctor says to have shaved something he saw on my tip. It is now a bump and it seems hard. I heard him say something about my bones being fractured or something when he saw me. Is this normal? It's really stressing me out

It is most likely that you have edema that has settled in the columella that is causing it to appear lower hanging. nostril retraction at 1 month is not likely. Regardless, it is too early to make a final decision on your final outcome. HA fillers may be able to "lower" the nostrils until th...
Nasal swelling post rhinoplasty can be quite distressing for patients. Patient and surgeon must be patient while the trauma of the rhinoplasty settles down. If localized swelling occurs a small dose of kenalog can improve things.
