Nostrils too high after rhinoplasty? (Photo)

It is most likely that you have edema that has settled in the columella that is causing it to appear lower hanging.  nostril retraction at 1 month is not likely.  Regardless, it is too early to make a final decision on your final outcome.  HA fillers may be able to "lower" the nostrils until the edema resolves.  visit with your surgeon to discuss your concerns.

 Whenever removal of the columella or the area called be infratip lobule is performed their runs the possibility that the nostril and the columella fall out of balance. It looks like you're still very swollen from the surgery and the nose will change multiple times between now and your one year post op.  Continue to massage any full areas but first seek the advice of your plastic surgeon. You are likely very swollen and you have to give it time to settle. It is too early to tell at this point.

Nostrils that are too high after rhinoplasty could be due to several things. At one month, its a bit too early. However, if it persists it could be from thinning out the lower lateral cartilages which is usually done to refine the tip. I would consult with your surgeon. 

Might first try non surgical rhinoplasty with HA fillers to improve the nostril.....>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
