My surgeon raised my low hanging columella when he did my nose but my nostrils are so high up that it looks like I still have a columella like before. He told me my nostrils won't really drop anymore but they're so much higher than they used to be and even higher than when I got my cast off. I'm 4 weeks out of surgery. Do you think my nostrils will drop? It's circular in shape and really ugly. Was it something I did? And also how bulbous does your tip stay after surgery?
