As per my other question, I'm wanting to get an opinion on having my nose made smaller/less pointed/more feminine and would welcome any advise. I don't mind it from the front but from the side its not right, the dorsal hump obviously could do with shaving and maybe the tip is too bulbous? I don't like how you can see inside my nostril so much, maybe the nostrils are too big? This time I'm including a photo which may help! Thank you

Proper rhinoplasty photos include both profiles, frontal view, and the two three-quarters views.Once you firm up in your mind that you would like to have this performed, your best bet is a personalized consultation with an experienced board certified plastic surgeon.

Answer: Rhinoplasty for dorsal hump removal, bulbous tip and columellar show reduction The photograph demonstrates a dorsal hump and columellar show. The dorsal hump can be shaved down which requires osteotomies to narrow the bridge line. To reduce the columellar show, caudal septal cartilage and skin is removed on the inside of the columella at the base of the nose.
