As per my other question, I'm wanting to get an opinion on having my nose made smaller/less pointed/more feminine and would welcome any advise. I don't mind it from the front but from the side its not right, the dorsal hump obviously could do with shaving and maybe the tip is too bulbous? I don't like how you can see inside my nostril so much, maybe the nostrils are too big? This time I'm including a photo which may help! Thank you

For someone with a cleft lip, you actually look really good. The only thing I see is that the base of your right nostril is wider than the left. That can be improved with surgery, but exact symmetry may not be possible.
