A natural, subtle shaped nose can be achievable with rhinoplasty surgery.   The goal should be to keep your nose in harmony with your other facial features. Research and meet qualified Plastic Surgeons to discuss your aesthetic goals with them.  See whether their approach matches what you are looking to achieve.  It is difficult to give you specific advice in this forum, so best to schedule an in person examination so that you can fully discuss all aspects of rhinoplasty and what can be achieved with your nose.  I would suggest that you start your research with the Australian Society of Plastic Surgeons.  Best of luck

Yes,  closed rhinoplasty techniques can address narrowing  a wide nose. To narrow the bridge line  requires osteotomies placed in the nasal bones. Narrowing the tip requires suture techniques applied to the lower lateral cartilages of the nasal tip. Thick skin in the tip of the nose will be an impediment to seeing a very refined result.
