Will I be able to wear a bikini in aprox 2 months , and not have this horrible bumpy scar... I dont mind the redness or darkness of the scar,but i just want it flat. Im a week post op. Do i still have chances of infection at this point? Also my skin is stiff and really hard in that area. Rock hard. Is it a seroma or fluid? Help!

From what I can see, this all looks great and definitely normal!! You should visit with your surgeon again to get some answers on swelling and activity as this depends on use of drains and types of stitches. Just keep in mind the body heals over the course of 6-12 weeks. Best Wishes!!
