i strongly suspect that you had very little pinchable fat before you even started. this means that the bulging stomach you have, is due to fat that is behind the muscle layer. this is the usual case with men. I have trouble seeing how your doctor removed 4.5 liters but i was not there. people get too focused on how much the dr tells them was removed but more important is how much fat is left behind. also some drs infiltrate extremely large amounts of fluid before the procedure and that will lead to larger volume of fluid coming out.david berman md

I always suggest that patients speak to their physician and most importantly have a post procedure photo taken that can be looked at side by side to assess the progress or lack thereof.  Perhaps there has been some change and it is possible that scar tissue formation during healing has prevented the optimal results.  These are definite topics to discuss with your surgeon.
