Thank you for your question and congratulations on your procedure! So far you are having excellent results but keep in mind that you are still healing fornup to a year post-op. Some areas maybe also take a little longer to heal than others. You will continue to see more and more changes within the areas treated, as the swelling subsides. Usually, 6-12 months is required for healing. When multiple areas are treated, some heal slower than others. If an area is still sensitive, it hasn't finished healing. In the meantime, temporary swelling, uneven areas, etc can appear. Close follow up with your plastic surgeon is recommended during this time.

Swelling and tenderness indicate that you're not done healing. Give it a few more months to see if there's any unevenness left that might require a touchup.

hello kryczek  Liposuction patients can see results of their procedures as early as 10-14days after the procedure, but improvements continue 4-6 months afterwards as swellings and irregularities resolve. #post-op #swelling

Thanks for the question.  First, let me say you have very nice results.  Second, you are still going to see further improvement with more time.  The uneven appearance you see when looking down is not unusual, and it would not be visible to anyone looking at you.  Give it more time and follow-up with your surgeon.  Typically uneven appearances can be managed with other modalities, rather than needing to do further SL.

It can take up to 6-7 months to see the final results esp if you are slow to heal.  At that point you should be scheduled to have a post op visit with your surgeon.  If you are unhappy with the results at that time you should discuss your concerns with him/her.

You look from the pictures to be having an overall excellent result.  It is normal to have some areas respond better and sooner than others so you may still be in the healing phase and that can be for up to 6 months time.  Certainly voice your concerns to your surgeon so they may be able to evaluate you and help you through the healing time and offer any further recommendations for your best results. 

Although it would not be a bad idea to check with your cosmetic surgeon about continued tenderness in the abdominal area, overall you still have some time to go before you're looking at your final Smartlipo results. I'd give it at least a couple more months before considering a touch-up, especially if you are slow to heal as you describe. Best of luck to you!
