Can excess tissue above my right eye be removed to lift the brow? (Photos)

Question

I have more skin above my right eye and it causes my right eyebrow to droop more than the left. It causes pressure on my right eye and amplifies my bone to make it look like a lump. I don't mind having a scar. Should I try Botox to raise the brow?

Thanks for your question and sharing your photos. Asymmetric brow assessment if not easy without examining you as this maybe due to skin, muscle, bone. You seem to be young and yet you have develop deep forehead lines which can happen in patients with droopy forehead soft tissues. Looking at your photograph only, I think you may be suitable for a direct brow lift but as I mentioned one needs to examine you to make the final decision.

There is a surgery called a mid forehead lift.  AN incision is made in one of the creases, and excess skin removed.   IT works well, but you will have a scar along the forehead.  If it heals perfectly you will be happy.  If not, you will see a scar which is hard to hide.Another option is to do an incision at the hairline.  This will lift the brow and shorten the forehead.  Your hair will cover the scar.

Hello,Generally speaking, you need to be careful doing browlifts on men.  The fact is that men normally have lower brow position and it can look odd if it ends up being at all too high.  Also, there is the issue with scars and questionable future hair coverage as male baldness may set in.  Specific to your case, from these photos, it appears that both of your brows are quite low.  The mid forehead lift as previously mentioned has its place, and perhaps you are that person.  This type of lift can actually be superior when it comes to correcting asymmetry such as yours.  I would suggest raising both brows, just one more than the other.  You have a prominent crease in your forehead already, I would suggest removing that crease and the skin around it to accomplish the lift.  In this fahion, you will remove that crease and put a scar in its place, which often times heals to look like a crease.  This "crease" may actually be less visible than the current crease.  The prominet ridge of bone you have is not easily addressed.  It may be less obvious with a higher eyebrow, but the bulge you see is almost certainly the "bubble" of bone that contains your frontal sinus.  This is not something to be messed with.Best Regards,Dr. A

So one of the simpler brow lift techniques does exactly that, take a slice of tissue out above the brow and stitch whats left higher. 
It leaves a scar above the brow but does what you are asking. 
Botox is an easier option but only gives limited improvement. 
The third option is a subperiosteal brow lift. Its quite the operation but has the most effect on heavy brows. 
It does leave scarring in the hairline so is not to be taken on lightly.
