I have one brow that's much lower than the other, and an astigmatism in the eye below. Both sagging brows and astigmatism run in my family, and I've had the sagging brown since childhood, I am now in my mid twenties. This problem tends to get worse as my relatives age. I can definitely see a small part of my eyelid in my top right vision, and it's a lot more work to hold up when I'm tired or stressed, which then gives me a headache. It also makes me look permanently stressed and tired.

Answer: Browlift for sagging eyebrow A brow lift procedure can accomplish not only raising low eyebrows, but adjusting asymmetries. The lower brow is raised more than the higher brow. In addition, the hairline can be raised or lowered depending on placement of the incision. When patients have wrinkles on the forehead created from hyperdynamic muscles, they can be softened as well. For many examples of the eyebrow lifts please see the link and the video below

Answer: Brow Lift with Eyelid Ptosis You appear to have 2 problems, a slight difference in the height of the brows and bilateral ptosis (droop of the eyelids). The ptosis is corrected with forced elevation of the brows. A brow lift will correct the uneven height. You, however, need a thorough examination by surgeon familiar with treating ptosis to determine the exact cause and, thus, the best treatment for the ptosis.
