A lot will depend on how the lift was done. If you have had the hairline changed, Im not clear what the endoscopic component was for. It also looks like you may have had some corrugator division at the same time which, as you say,  has raised the medial brow. Its impossible to say from the information you have given what the outcome could be, but usually brows do come down and relax over the 6 months after surgery. Botox may be helpful to weaken the brow in the meantime. If the effects are permanent, reversal can be difficult, but reversal could be possible depending on the details of the surgery. Im sorry I can't be any more helpful given the limited information.

While most people experience minimal swelling and bruising and can usually return to work within a few days, many people experience your recovery because each of us has a different healing process. Thanks for the great question! It can sometimes take a few months for the brows to settle. Depending on how the brows were raised, you may or may not be able to have it reversed.
