One of the hyaluronic acid fillers should help nicely. I have used them on similar cases. Regarding the acne scarring, collagen induction treatment with Platelet rich plasma is an eciting option, worth checking out. It is usually performed in a series and downtime generally only a few days.

Thank you for your question.  Good picture to help answer this question.  I have used Juvederm filler for similar areas in my patients.  You would be a good candidate for that in just looking at the picture.  The filler can be injected and smoothed to take care of the defect.  Hope this helps

Yes you could have treatment of one area as test with and HA like Restylane to see if the change is appropriate and you feel like it is worth it for you to proceed.
