Thanks for your question. It is hard to tell from your pictures what is going on. You may be experiencing the Tyndal effect if the product was placed too superficially. The only way to get rid of that it to dissolve what was placed. I am not that familiar with Teosyal as it is not approved for use in the United States, but based on the labeling as 'Ultra Deep' I suspect it is not supposed to be placed superficially.

Dear JennyThank you for your question and photographs.I think that your blood and everything else is fine. I cannot see any blood staining etc. It is just a shadow created by the filler and due to the way in which it has been injected.I think that you probably need to get some advice from an expert injector about how best to reduce the swelling. I suspect he/she will dissolve it and leave it alone for a few months.Kind RegardsDr Dinesh Maini
