Dorsal graft not sitting right?

Thanks for asking,In the first picture you can see what seems to be the 2 nasal bones separated from each other, indicating that the roof of the nose is open. That, in addition to a broad graft, can explain your wide looking nose. I'm pretty sure you're going to need revision. You should talk to your surgeon to choose a good time to do it. 

Other views would be helpful. You are swollen early post-op but if you have concerns, you should address them with your surgeon.

We are not certain about the photo, though if things do not look right or are displaced you should see your surgeon and work things out right away. If htings have gnoe awry, then revision is needed to straighten your nose.
