Juvedermis hyaluronic acid filler. It is injected into areas of volume loss. Azzalureis a neuromodulator like Botox. It is injected to decrease the musclecontractions that cause wrinkles. They do very different things and can havefantastic results when combined.
That's a great question. Juvederm is a dermal filler of the HA variety (Perlane, Restylane, Voluma) that is meant to fill in or add volume to the face. Azzalure is a neuromodulator, also called a neurotoxin like Botox, Xeomin and Dysport. These neuromodulators act by weaken the muscles responsible for creating lines and wrinkles of the forehead and face. Hope this helps.
Juvederm is a dermal filler that is used to "fill in" (temporarily) lines or volume loss. Botox or Azzalure are neuromodulators which inhibit muscle movement. So there is a GREAT difference between the two. Azzalure is a foreign name for Dysport and it is NOT approved for use in the U.S. under the name Azzalure. But it is the same thing as Dysport, which is approved. Botox and Dysport are similar products and competitors in the neuromodulator market. Thank you for your question and pics. I would recommend returning to your treating physcian for an evaluation. Once swelling has resolved completely, you may need to have some adjustements. Best of Luck
