I have an oblong head at big forehead. I'm not a huge fan of Bangs because that brings attention to my big nose. Is there a simple surgery that I can do to give more definition to my face and make it appear shorter?

Male patients are not good candidates for a forehead reduction surgery.  With normal hair loss and hair line recession over time, the scar may become visible.  A hair transplant is much safer for male patients, and a lower hairline can be created with hair grafts.  I would recommend spea...

If you are considering a cosmetic surgery it would be in your interest to see a doctor for an examination to make sure you would be a candidate.  Nobody "needs" a forehead reduction surgery.  This is an elective cosmetic surgery.

Medicaid is a program created by the federal government, but administered by the state, to provide payment for medical services for low-income citizens.   It does not cover elective cosmetic surgery.

Can you reduce the size of a forehead by bossing & treating it by pressure?

I would think that the amount of pressure/force and time required to make any difference would put one at risk for pressure necrosis of the overlying skin.   This would be a more embarrassing situation than bossing.
