Loosing 10 kilos (22 lbs) after a tummy tuck ?

hi I am 5ft4 and I weigh 64 kilos after having a baby over a year ago, my goal weight is 54 kilos and i'm having a full tummy tuck with flank lipo and muscle repair next week. Will I still look good if I loose the further kilos after my tummy tuck? Thanks
