I doubt your discomfort is the product of the previous abdominoplasty.  Still, it would be a good idea to visit a board certified plastic surgeon for evaluation.

See your primary care physician first.  There are many things that could be causing this pain.  If your original treating plastic surgeon is convenient I would revisit with her/him for follow-up and evaluation as well.
