The tummy tuck does not sound it came undone.  You should go to see a plastic surgeon.   They can determine if there is a problem.

I doubt your discomfort is the product of the previous abdominoplasty.  Still, it would be a good idea to visit a board certified plastic surgeon for evaluation.

See your primary care physician first.  There are many things that could be causing this pain.  If your original treating plastic surgeon is convenient I would revisit with her/him for follow-up and evaluation as well.

You are far out from your surgery and your symptoms are most likely are due to something new that warrants attention. I recommend that you get evaluated by a plastic surgeon in your city for proper evaluation and advice. Surgical causes for your complaint need to be excluded.
