I am almost 4 wks post TT with flank tumescent lipo. I feel like more of the lower back muffin top should have been removed. The sides were done very nicely. Do drs sometimes miss an area of flanks and do revision lipo and how long do you have to wait before getting this done. Isn't the flank area toward the back and not just the sides?
