Major FaceTite (neck) fail. What are the best options to address my jowls, chin and neck area? (Photo)

Last year I had FaceTite to my jaw line (Dr. went around my jowls), and neck. My After (and current appearance), pictures tell it all, at a year post-Op. I’ve since seen another PS and Had some face fillers and so far $6500 into trying to turn back the hands of time, with zero results! I would like opinions and options on how to best address my jowls and chin and neck area, long-term.

A combination approach is needed to get the most improvement with skin tightening for the face and neck. I recommend J Plasma, lasers (Fraxel, Clear + Brilliant, Co2), microneedling/prp, ultherapy and rf treatments to get the best outcomes. Thank you for the pictures.  FaceTite is a great minimally invasive treatment when done on the right patient.  You have to remember that it is a machine and patients will all respond differently to it.  I don't want to say that the treatment failed you, but I do not think you were the right candidate for it.  With the amount of lax skin (loose) you have in the neck and around your jowls I would recommend doing a traditional lower face and neck lift which would allow tightening of your underlying muscles of the face. Please consult with a Board certified Plastic Surgeon.

I'm going to recommend a neck and face lift for you. I don't think that fillers are going to make a dramatic difference. I don't necessarily think that FaceTite is to blame for this problem. You just weren't a good candidate for the procedure.
