Im 10 months post op with thin skin and my tip has been soft and flexibel since around 6 months post op. My right half of tip cartilage has been longer all this time, also causing my skin to blanch there but then suddenly this groove / cleft started to form in the middle. Can this still be uneven swelling and become normal again? I mis it when my nose was still round and without that slid. It dosnt feel like swelling but like sharp cartilage

Hi @Tayyy95. I'm sorry you are not happy with your results. I recommend seeing an expert revision rhinoplasty specialist for an in person examination. There are options for you that can be determined after examination.
Best of luck,

Based on the pictures you provided and in my experience, a second revision rhinoplasty is possible and could treat both sides of your nose (it does indeed look like both sides need to be adressed).
Of course, an “in person” consultation is necessary.
I hope this helps,
best of luck !
