I had septo rhinoplasty to correct nasal deformity /deviated nasal tip one year back.My current results are 1. Uneven alar rim #2.Nasal bridge is not lifted properly #3.No improvement in side profile. This was second nose operation (1st jun 22) last i had in the year 2015. Please guide.This is breaking my emotions. Shall I proceed with the third surgery?

Hi @Tayyy95. I'm sorry you are not happy with your results. I recommend seeing an expert revision rhinoplasty specialist for an in person examination. There are options for you that can be determined after examination.

Based on the pictures you provided and in my experience, a second revision rhinoplasty is possible and could treat both sides of your nose (it does indeed look like both sides need to be adressed).
Of course, an “in person” consultation is necessary.
