Can open roof deformity close by itself? (Photo)

My cast was put on really crooked and my nose has stayed in that shape for the last 7 months, and I thought it might get better but it only getting worse. As you can see the left side is all fallen in, I feel something like an open roof deformity on that side, there is this big slid starting between my eyebrows to almost the tip. Did this happen of how the cast was placed or because the bones werent closed well enough? Can this still get better? The right halve feels normal, like preop, rounder
