Hello,Your lower jaw is more forward compared to the rest of your face so my recommendation would be minimum bridge augmentation and putting more emphasis on tip refinement. I would also like to use a cartilage graft to increase the projection of your nose, for this I will take a look at your septum and if the septum is not strong enough I may have to prefer to use rib cartilage.Best Regards

I would recommend more tip projection with cartilage than bridge projection. Also, narrowing the bridge with osteotomy‘s will give the appearance of a more projecting bridge.
